These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CoinWhisperer (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

CoinWhisperer is a personal, informational tool. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security. Data on the Site is aggregated from public third-party sources (including Chittorgarh, AMFI and Yahoo Finance) and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Grey-market premium (GMP) is unofficial, unregulated data with no guarantee of accuracy. Always verify information with official sources (the company’s prospectus, the stock exchanges, the registrar and your broker) before acting.

3. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Original content on the Site (including our written guides) belongs to CoinWhisperer. Third-party data and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
